Lee Je-hoon (Hangul: 이제훈; sinh ngày 4 tháng 7 năm 1984) là một diễn viên người Hàn Quốc. Bắt đầu sự nghiệp diễn viên của mình trong các phim độc lập, sau đó xuất hiện trong các phim điện ảnh như: The Front Line, Architecture 101, My Paparotti và các phim truyền hình: Fashion King, Secret Door và Signal.
